Justin McAnaney is a New York qualified associate in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher's London office.  Mr. McAnaney joined Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher's New York office in 1998.  He joined the London office in 2005.

Mr. McAnaney has advised clients on a wide variety of UK, US and cross-border transactions. He has significant expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets and private equity. 

Mr. McAnaney has represented a broad array of clients, including major investment banks, private equity firms and a range of companies across a number of sectors.
