Chad Mead is an associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.  He is a member of the firm's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group. 

Mr. Mead has experience involving ERISA fiduciary issues, compliance counseling, planning, transactions and litigation in connection with health and welfare, retirement, 401(k), and profit sharing plans.  He advises clients on employee benefits-related matters pertaining to mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions.  He has assisted clients with executive compensation issues involving golden parachute payments, stock options and other equity compensation.

Mr. Mead received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School in 2003, where he served as an associate and contributing editor of the Michigan Law Review.  Mr. Mead received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Spanish and Prelaw from Utah State University in 1999.

Mr. Mead is a member of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and the American Bar Association.  He is admitted to practice in the State of Texas.
