Jennifer Patel is an associate in the Washington D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.  She is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Department focusing her practice on ERISA, executive compensation and employee benefits matters.  She regularly advises and represents clients with respect to ERISA fiduciary matters, executive compensation and employee benefit issues in corporate transactions.

Ms. Patel received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1999 and an LLM in taxation, with a Certificate in Employee Benefits, in 2005.  She graduated in 1993 from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.  

She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland.
