Jonathan D. Rosenblatt is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP where he currently practices in the firm's Corporate Transactions Group. 

Mr. Rosenblatt represents a variety of clients including corporations operating in the construction, information technology, medical device, semiconductor fabrication, software and telecommunications industries.  Mr. Rosenblatt has experience representing clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions (on both the buy and sell side), secured lending and venture financing transactions, and general securities law compliance.  Additionally, he has experience working with clients on matters relating to executive compensation and employee benefits, including stock plan formation and executive employment contract negotiation.  Mr. Rosenblatt represents companies such as Building Materials Holding Corporation, Cadence Design Systems, Inc., Hewlett-Packard Company, Intel Corporation, St. Jude Medical, Inc., Seagate Technology, Thoratec Corporation and Xilinx, Inc.

Mr. Rosenblatt earned his Juris Doctor degree from Cornell Law School where he graduated magna cum laude, was a member of the Cornell Law Review and was elected to Order of the Coif.  Mr. Rosenblatt graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations.

Mr. Rosenblatt is admitted to practice in the State of California.
