Robert Albertson Kill is an associate in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the Antitrust and Competition practice group.
He advises on a wide range of UK and European competition law, including merger control, foreign investment & national security, and antitrust investigations.
His experience covers a variety of industry sectors, with a particular interest in maritime and logistics, and telecommunications. Robert has represented clients in a number of investigations and legal proceedings.
Robert qualified as a solicitor in Australia. Before joining Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Robert practiced at a leading Australian law firm and worked for five years at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
