Grace Chow is an associate attorney in the Singapore office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation and White Collar Defense and Investigations Practice Groups.
Ms. Chow advises on internal and regulatory investigations in the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on matters involving the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. She also regularly advises multi-national corporations on reviewing and developing their anti-corruption compliance programmes. Ms. Chow’s other compliance experience includes advising on anti-money laundering, data protection and employment law matters in Singapore.
Ms. Chow sits on the Singapore Law Society’s Anti-Money Laundering Committee, as well as the Cybersecurity & Data Protection Committee.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chow was an associate in a leading Singapore law firm where she advised on general corporate and regulatory matters, including corporate governance, data protection and employment law.
Ms. Chow received her Juris Doctor cum laude from the Singapore Management University School of Law in 2012. She is an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
