Erica N. Cushing is an associate in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and practices in the Derivatives, Global Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Capital Markets Practice Groups.
Ms. Cushing’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, public and private capital markets transactions and counseling clients in a broad range of finance and derivative transactions, such as convertible and exchangeable note transactions, accelerated share repurchase programs and other derivative products and ISDA matters. She also advises clients on securities regulatory, SEC reporting requirements and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Cushing was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York. Ms. Cushing earned her Juris Doctor in 2016 from Columbia Law School, where she was recognized as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served as an Editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and the Arts. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science in 2013, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Boston College.
Ms. Cushing is admitted to practice in the State of Colorado and the State of New York.
