Kim Do is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She currently practices with the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing on internal investigations, data privacy, and intellectual property disputes.
From 2020 to 2021, Ms. Do clerked for the Honorable Timothy B. Dyk of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Ms. Do earned her J.D. from NYU School of Law in 2018, where she graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Ms. Do earned a Bachelor of Science degree in bioengineering from the University of California, Berkeley in 2015.
