Rama Douglas is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he currently practices in the firm’s Corporate Department.  His practice is focused on commercial real estate finance, corporate restructuring, securities regulation and other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Douglas served as an associate with Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP in New York.  Mr. Douglas earned his Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, and his Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Duke Forum for Law & Social Change.

Mr. Douglas is admitted to practice law in both California and New York.
