BIOGRAPHY

Kirsty Everley is an English-qualified associate in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition, Dispute Resolution, and White Collar Defence and Investigations practice groups.

Ms. Everley has experience of competition issues and commercial litigation, including working on the largest UK merger control matter of the last ten years and assisting in the defence of a UK retailer in one of the largest private sector equal pay claims to be heard in the English courts.
