Lexi Hart is a corporate associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Lexi’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, including aviation debt financings and restructurings, asset backed securitizations, private equity investments, the organization and operation of private investment funds and general corporate governance matters. Her representations include transactions in the aviation, transportation, real estate, infrastructure, and healthcare sectors.

Lexi earned her law degree cum laude  from Georgetown University Law Center. At Georgetown, she was selected to be a teaching assistant for a first-year legal writing cohort based on her writing ability, grades and interpersonal skills. Lexi also tutored students in Civil Procedure. While serving on the Georgetown Law Journal, she was an executive editor of the Annual Review of Criminal Procedure. Lexi is passionate about indigent defense and interned with the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the District of Columbia while in law school. She also interned for the Hon. Barbara Jacobs Rothstein of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and the Hon. Patty Shwartz of the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Lexi graduated summa cum laude  from Florida State University, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a linguistics minor.

She is licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado and the District of Columbia.
