Tam Ho is of counsel in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.  He is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.

Mr. Ho represents private equity funds, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and other investors and operators on complex joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions of interests in private and public companies, preferred equity investments and other transactions relating to the real estate industry.

Among the clients Mr. Ho represents are Blackstone, Brookfield Properties, Goldman Sachs, Investcorp, MSD Partners, Oaktree Capital Management, PCCP, Rockpoint Group, RXR Realty, and Tishman Speyer Properties.

Mr. Ho earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark, where he was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal.  He received his undergraduate degree in from Rutgers University – New Brunswick.
