Joshua Tod is of Counsel in the London Office of Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher. He is a member of the Private Investment Funds Group.
Mr. Tod has wide experience in the structuring, raising and operation of private investment funds, including private equity, infrastructure, credit and real estate funds. Representative matters include representing major European private equity fund sponsors on multi-billion large buyout and mid-market fundraisings.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Tod was a Counsel in the Funds Group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and an Associate in the Private Funds Group at Clifford Chance.
Mr. Tod took the legal practice course at BPP Law School in 2004 and received BA Honours in history from Durham University in 1998.
