Michael Walther is a partner in the Munich office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. His expertise has a multidisciplinary and international approach covering antitrust and competition, data protection and cybersecurity, as well as white collar defense and investigations.

Michael Walther is regularly involved in complex transactions concerning acquisitions, joint venture scenarios and other forms of cooperation within the industry.
