Along with the leadership of the Diversity Partner,
a member of the Management Committee, the Chief Diversity Officer oversees the
firm's diversity efforts. To help manage our diversity efforts, Gibson Dunn
maintains a two-tiered diversity committee system. The Global Diversity Committee guides the
firm's strategic efforts and the local diversity committees develop
office-specific initiatives in the areas of recruiting, professional
development, community involvement and diversity education.
