Based in any of our US offices, the Application Analyst will join the Desktop and Applications Services team to support the Windows 10 & 11, Office 2019 & 365, and application automation along with other client/server application infrastructures.

 

This role reports to the Manager of Desktop and Application Services .

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting performance, regression, system, integration and user acceptance testing on applications based on stakeholder requirements and system specification on Windows 10, 11 and Citrix platform.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software cycle.
  • Testing & deploying security updates and software patches for various applications.
  • Building Test Automation Scripts using Ranorex is a plus.
  • Maintaining test environments, reimage lab machines.
  • Making recommendations for various application settings along with presenting innovative solutions for existing business challenges.
  • Working with various IS departments and vendors to remediate the desktop applications and third-party issues.
  • Troubleshooting and solving third level support calls escalated from Support Center.

  • Proven ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • The candidate must have strong prioritization and organization skills to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Must possess excellent critical thinking and problem solving ability.

Experience

  • A four-year college degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience supporting law firm applications.
  • Prior experience in project management is a must.
  • Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager deployment related issues and other application issues Including but not limited to the Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10/11,Litera Compare, iManage Work 10 for Mac & Windows, iManage DeskSite.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Operating system, experience working in Citrix environment, Intermediate level of MS Word and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (2019 & 365).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
  • Good understanding of network communication protocols. Strong knowledge of the Windows Operating System (including Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 R2 – 2019).
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting languages. Experience in supporting Office 365 is a plus.
  • Experience supporting Client & Server-based applications. Must be able to diagnose problems via system and application logs.  iOS and macOS knowledge is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

The annual compensation range for this position is $130-140k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
