Yaqi Han is a Registered Foreign Lawyer (New York) in Hong Kong and is an associate. She is a member of the firm’s Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions Groups.

Ms. Han advises international companies and private equity firms on mergers, acquisitions and strategic investment.  Her experience includes cross-border transactions for both public and private companies within various industries including technology, food, medicine and transportation, among others.  Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate in the New York office of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.

Ms. Han earned her Juris Doctor in 2019 from Cornell Law School and her LL.B. in 2016 from Beijing Foreign Studies University.  She is admitted to practice in New York and is a Registered Foreign Lawyer (New York) in Hong Kong.  She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
