Jason Hilborn is an associate in the Litigation Department of the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. He practices in the firm’s Appellate and Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice, and Securities Litigation groups.
Mr. Hilborn also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on defending religious liberty.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Hilborn served as a law clerk to the Honorable John K. Bush of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Honorable Sam Glasscock III of the Delaware Court of Chancery. While in law school, Mr. Hilborn interned for the Honorable Eric G. Bruggink of the United States Court of Federal Claims.
Mr. Hilborn received his law degree in 2016 from Harvard Law School, where he served as a Senior Editor on the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Florida.
He is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and the District of Columbia.
