Jason Hilborn is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the firm’s Appellate and Constitutional Law and Securities Litigation practice groups and litigates in federal and state courts throughout the country.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Hilborn served as a law clerk to the Honorable John K. Bush of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Honorable Sam Glasscock III of the Delaware Court of Chancery. While in law school, Mr. Hilborn interned for the Honorable Eric G. Bruggink of the United States Court of Federal Claims.
Mr. Hilborn received his law degree in 2016 from Harvard Law School, where he served as a Senior Editor on the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Florida.
He is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, the District of Columbia, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Sixth Circuits.
