BIOGRAPHY

Chelsea B. Knudson is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Chelsea’s practice focuses on a wide range of government contracts issues, including bid protests, claims, prime-sub disputes, compliance counseling, and transactions.   Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Chelsea was an associate in the government contracts practice at a law firm in Washington D.C., where she represented clients in proceedings before the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), U.S. Court of Federal Claims (COFC), and procuring agencies.

She received her law degree cum laude from the George Washington University Law School. In 2015, Chelsea served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Rudolph Contreras of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. She received her Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from the University of Maryland.

Chelsea is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.
