Shelby Lindholm is an associate in the Century City office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she currently practices in the firm’s Corporate Department.
Ms. Lindholm earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2019, where she graduated with a certificate in business law and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as Topic Editor for the Hale Moot Court Honors Program, as a legal writing fellow to first year law students in connection with the legal writing and advocacy program, and as a member of the Stanley & Ilene Gold Honors Scholars. Ms. Lindholm graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California in 2015, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in International Relations.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Lindholm was an associate in the Corporate Department of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
