Jermaine Rodriguez is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices with the firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Rodriguez represents clients in complex commercial litigation related to contract disputes, class actions, employment, and internal investigations.
Mr. Rodriguez has worked on complex preservation, collection, review, production, and privilege issues. Much of Mr. Rodriguez’s practice surrounds civil pre-trial matters including subpoena responses and protective orders, preparing for depositions, working with expert witnesses, and all manner of discovery disputes.
Mr. Rodriguez received his J.D. from Berkeley Law in 2018, where he was awarded the Prosser Prize (2nd highest grade) in Labor and Employment Arbitration and competed on Berkeley Law’s external Trial Team. Mr. Rodriguez was also awarded the Cali Award (highest grade) in Legal Research & Writing and served as a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English from San Jose State University in 2013.
Mr. Rodriguez is admitted to practice in the State of California.
