BIOGRAPHY

Alexandre Salvanet is a French qualified associate in the Paris office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he serves as member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups.

His corporate practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private equity, seamlessly in domestic or cross-border contexts. He advises public or private industrial companies from various sectors, as well as investment funds, in connection with their strategic transactions, including investments, joint-ventures and divestments.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019, Mr. Salvanet received an LL.M. with Honors from Northwestern University School of Law in 2015. He is also a graduate of the EDHEC Business School  (LL.M. in Law & Tax Management, Master in Management) and the Université Catholique de Lille where he received a Master’s degree in corporate law.

He speaks French and English fluently.
