Josh Stout is an associate in the Houston office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance, and Oil & Gas practice groups.
Mr. Stout received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2020, where he participated in the Federal Tax Clinic, served as a senior editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy, and as Vice President of Business Development for the Harvard Law School Golf Association. Additionally, during law school, Mr. Stout interned for the Honorable Edith Brown Clement of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Mr. Stout received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Abilene Christian University and a Master of Arts degree in Religious Studies from Baylor University.
