Luke Sullivan is an Associate in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s Washington, D.C. office. He practices in the firm’s Litigation Department, with a particular focus on commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense and investigations, and congressional investigations. Before joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Sullivan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Timothy M. Tymkovich, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Mr. Sullivan earned his law degree magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center and graduated in the top two percent of his class. While at Georgetown, Mr. Sullivan served as the Senior Notes Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal and was a member of the Appellate Litigation Clinic.
Prior to law school, Mr. Sullivan served as an analyst at a financial technology company. He received his undergraduate degree cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross.
Mr. Sullivan is admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
